We manage over 20 sheltered housing schemes suitable for people over the age of 60. The schemes are located across Southern England. Each scheme is managed by a scheme manager.

Scheme manager's role
At all our retirement housing schemes for rent, depending on the needs of the residents, scheme managers will:
  • keep in contact with all residents and carry out regular checks and visits
  • welcome and introduce new residents to their new home
  • deal with any emergencies that may arise
  • give advice on the welfare services available to residents
  • meets the needs of residents through individual support plans.
