How do I pay my rent?

Our EasiPay rent payment system gives you lots of choice when it comes to paying your rent. Your rent is due every Monday in advance. You can choose to pay further in advance if you want to. It makes sense to pay four weeks or monthly in advance if you can.

 

All residents should use their PayMate cards when paying rent as this has the correct account details and will ensure fast payment. If you haven’t received a card or have lost it, please contact the Service Centre on 08456 066 366.

Residents can pay rent in any of the following ways:
 

Service Centre
You can pay rent through the Group’s Service Centre by debit and credit cards. They can also set up direct debit payments and report lost PayMate cards – Telephone 08456 066 366. Opening hours 8am to 8pm.

 

Direct Debit
You can set up payment by direct debit by telephoning the Service Centre on 08456 066 366. This is by far the easiest and most convenient way to pay. It allows us to take a regular, agreed payment from your bank or building society account.

 

Post Office
You can pay at the counter by cash, cheque or debit card. A PayMate card will be required for correct account details and the transaction is processed there and then and a receipt provided as proof of payment.

 

PayPoint
PayPoint outlets are mainly in shops and garages in towns and cities. Payment by cash only with a receipt provided as proof of payment. A PayMate card will be required for correct account details.

 

PAYzone
These outlets are usually in local shops and garages and can be identified by the pink PAYzone signs. Payment by cash or debit card payments. A PayMate card will be required for correct account details and receipts are issued as proof of payment.

 

Allpay - pay by phone 24 hours a day
You can call 0870 243 6040 for an automated service and pay by debit or credit card. This service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Each time you pay in this way, you will be given a reference number as proof of payment - remember to make a note of it.
 

Allpay - pay over the internet 24 hours a day

You can make credit or debit card payments at http://www.allpay.net. Once you have registered online, this service is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Simply log on and click where you see "pay online". Make sure you have your PayMate card and payment card details ready.
