James Butcher HA's strategic direction is set Group-wide by the Board of Southern
Housing Group and at local level by the Board of James Butcher which is responsible
for overseeing the work and direction of the organisation. The Board comprises 10 members; the Chair being a member of the Group Board. There are two tenant members on the Board. Meetings are held regularly and in the last year the Board has reviewed the organisation's corporate plan, improvement action plans and key strategic policies. The Board routinely receives reports on all key performance areas. |
